Old and New Friends Book Description

Old and New Friends is a timeless story about always looking to Jesus even in the midst of uncertainty and suffering. It describes the friends we have in life and how they might change over time. As we journey through life's struggles and loss, an old friend, such as Happiness, might be replaced by a new friend, like Grief. No matter where life takes us or the circumstances we find ourselves in, we can always count on our oldest, most faithful friend, Love.

CASEY MARTIN is a wife, mother, and writer who is passionate about pointing families and children to the hope they have in Jesus Christ. She and her husband Robert have four surviving children. In the winter of 2020, they lost their two-year-old daughter. While navigating their personal grief, Casey was inspired to write her debut book, Old and New Friends. Casey enjoys serving in her local church, homeschooling, sharing with other bereaved families as a grief coach, and writing regularly about the faithfulness of Jesus.
